Journalism 2 students have entered a contest sponsored by School Messenger for a chance to win up to $10,000 in grant/scholarship money for the newspaper and yearbook.

The contest required students to put together an original 30 second video highlighting the benefits of School Messenger. Journalism 2 students chose to highlight how communication is rapidly changing and how school messenger services keep students, staff, and parents up to date.

Winners will be chosen based on number of votes received; however, in order to vote you must be registered with Facebook. To help these students win, please log on to the link shown below. Voting ends Oct. 8, all students, staff, parents, and community members are encouraged to vote once per day until then. As an added bonus, voters will also have a chance to win best buy gift cards.
