Even though summer is quickly slipping out of our grasp along with the surplus of music festivals, in return, though, many bands and performers are getting back to their normal touring schedules. There’s a plethora of performers that will be coming to Chicago within the next two months and here are some of the highlights.

At the Rivera in the City there are a ton of different bands performing for low prices and a super intimate experience:

  • September 23rd, the Artic Monkeys are playing. Even though tickets are sold out on the Rivera website, tickets are available on StubHub for about $100.
  • Tame Impala are playing on October 10 with White Denim. Tickets are$28.
  • For $25, you can see Animal Collective on October 17th.
  • On the 19th of October, Two Door Cinema Club will be playing with opening acts St. Lucia and Peace. Tickets are still available for $30.

For other more intimate concerts, the Aragon Ballroom also has quite a few concerts over the next two months:

  • For $30, you can see Alt-J preform on September 10th.
  • Empire of the Sun will be performing three days later on the 12th. Tickets are $30.
  • On September 26th, The xx are performing. Tickets are only $40.
  • Phoenix will be playing The Vaccines on September 28. Tickets are $42.

For a larger concert, Drake will be performing at the United Center on October 19. Ticket prices range from $59.75 to $109.75. Also for the last concert of the year at the First Midwest Amphitheatre, Miranda Lambert will be performing on September 7. Ticket prices range from $33.75 for lawn seats to $67.00 for seats closer to the stage.
